The law of attraction is a universal principle that states you will attract into your life whatever you focus on. Whatever you give your energy and attention to is what will come back to you.This law is a powerful force waiting to be harnessed by anyone who wants to create their reality. Whether we realize it or not, we are responsible for bringing both positive and negative influences into our lives. We create every day of our lives with our thoughts. It is like projecting them onto the screen of the universe and then watching them manifest in our lives. Some people consciously do this while many others are not aware they are doing it. If you look at your life today, you will see the manifestation of your thoughts from yesterday. If you want to know what tomorrow is going to look like, just become aware of what you are thinking today and you will have your answer. Anything can be manifested with enough intention and focus. Working with the Law of Attraction can be used to improve the state of our health. Here are ten steps to practice, by becoming a vibrational match for our desires, to improve your life or change a health challenge you may be struggling with.
- Take control of your thoughts. Shift your focus from what you believe to be wrong to what is right in your health and in your life.
- Get clear on what you desire for your health. Is it to lose weight, have greater mobility, be allergy free, pain free, addiction free, eliminate food cravings, have more energy, experience a greater sense of well-being in your health and relationships, or be free from depression or anxiety?
- Determine what a healthy body would feel like to you. Do you remember a time when you felt your best? What was it like? Rally let yourself feel it. Emotionalize it.
- Spend a few minutes every day focusing your mind on the image you have created for yourself. The more you focus on the positive you want, the more you will attract the people, opportunities, and support you need to create a healthier you.
- Expect to reach your goal. Believe it is possible.
- Give thanks everyday for the level of health you are experiencing and any progress you make, no matter how small it is. Gratitude plays a huge role in the healing process.
- When ideas come to you, take the necessary steps, no matter how small or insignificant they seem. You never know where the next step may lead you.
- Affirm you desired goal as if it has already come into fruition. You need to imagine it is possible to achieve the healing you desire. There is great power in belief.
- Surround yourself with people who will support you on your healing journey.
- Release anything in your life that has contributed to the health conditions you want to transform or heal. You cannot keep doing the same things and expect a different result to manifest.
