Our bodies are amazing in their capacity to grow, heal, digest, eliminate, give birth, and perform the many functions that go on day to day without our intervention. There is an intelligence that dwells within each and every cell of the physical body. This intelligence automatically facilitates every function our body performs on a daily basis. We already know there is a molecule called DNA, which encodes the genetic instructions used in the development and functioning of all known living organisms. The intelligence I am speaking of goes beyond the DNA. Chiropractors refer to it as “Innate Intelligence,” of which the DNA is a large part. Regardless of the name, this intelligence exists in all living matter and continually interacts with it.
We, as humans, can create artificial intelligence but we cannot create innate intelligence. Man has developed artificial intelligence to run computers and other machinery. Innate intelligence, on the other hand, has its origin within the universal intelligence of our world. It brings order and organization to all life forms.
When you combine innate intelligence with physical matter, a living organism is created and sustained by a life force. This intelligence then governs every single activity within the organism and is capable of anything if it is given the right support. Innate intelligence becomes activated when there is union between an egg and a sperm. This is when life first begins. Then, something amazing happens. This single-celled organism evolves into a physical body with arms, legs, organs, muscles, glands, nerves, and so on. How does the original cell know how to divide and multiply? It has an innate intelligence. When you eat food, specific digestive enzymes are secreted depending on the type of food you are eating, specific nutrients are extracted and absorbed for the body to use, and then the remaining particles are eliminated as waste. This is governed by an innate intelligence. When air is breathed in, oxygen is separated from the carbon dioxide. The oxygen goes into the blood stream and the carbon dioxide is released back into the atmosphere. How do our lungs know how to separate the gases? Innate intelligence. When you cut yourself or sustain an injury, the body responds in proportion to the extent the injury. This response may be an increase in blood flow, swelling and inflammation, immune cells to fight off possible infection, or the repair of damaged tissue. The body knows exactly how to respond and what to do as it is guided by innate intelligence.
While this intelligence exists in every part of the body, it is believed to have its headquarters within the central nervous system. The central nervous system is the major communication center for the body’s innate intelligence. It is a massive network of nerves that provide an internal communication system allowing messages to be carried from one part of the body to another. It operates under a unified purpose, which is to maintain balance and sustain the life force throughout the body. Its purpose is to maintain balance and optimal function of all the systems in the body, including maintaining a constant body temperature, regulating the secretions of hormones, digesting food we eat, and eliminating waste matter. It regulates our heartbeat, moves fluids throughout the body, produces enzymes for chemical processes that occur, replaces worn out cells, grows hair, processes information taken in by our senses, and helps us move our bodies in many ways.
There are specific systems in the body that perform specific actions, but they are still connected to every other part of the body, ultimately functioning as a whole, integrated unit. Whatever happens in one part of the body has an impact on the rest of the body in some manner. Infections and illness may deplete our energy levels and leave us feeling weakened for a period of time, but we do not die. Instead, we recover; we heal; we regain our energy, and then go about our daily lives. This is the result of the innate intelligence operating within our bodies. As a result, the human body is believed to be the most evolved living organism on this planet. It is always striving to maintain some sense of internal order and balance no matter what the assault on the physical body may be. As a result of this innate intelligence, our bodies are quite resilient and adapt to the many stressors we encounter on a daily basis.
So, you are probably wondering why this is so important. Well, it is important because the innate intelligence that created you is the same intelligence that has the ability to heal you from within. It knows how to maintain your life force energy and help you to thrive in your physical body. Your job is to learn how to translate the communication that goes on within your body and provide your body with the right support when needed in a way that honors you and your health. That communication is done through various symptoms. When we ignore the subtle symptoms, they grow louder over time until we pay attention to them. If you are a person who habitually medicates to suppress symptoms, you might want to pay attention to them for a change. They could lead you down a path of healing that could change you life for the better.
If you would like to learn more about how to translate your symptoms into messages that heal, feel free to reach out to me.I would be happy to speak with you.
